Called a few moments ago and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude. I proceeded to ask him about his marketing/social media department and he cut me off stating the company did not have one and regardless they were uninterested in my business. Never again. Go elsewhere!

Came and gave us a great quote, much better than Ragsdale.Install was went smooth without any problems and my wife and I felt very comfortable around the crew!Have recommended to several people already and will use them again!

I called Gabe on behalf of a close friend of mine. Her air conditioning went out unexpectedly.... as always. This was a 95-degree plus day and Gables able to get one of those guys out there that same day and get her a quote and worked everything out for her. What made me feel good about this is my friend is a single mom with a lot on her plate and she did not have time to do a lot of Price shopping and call a bunch of contractors. I told her she doesn't have to because Gabe will make sure she gets the best price possible the service will be the best and the products will be the best. They did exactly as I told her they would do

I use Custom Klimate for general maintenance on my HVAC. They are prompt with service, kind and considerate and reasonably priced. It gives such peace of mind to know the AC units are working their best.

My upstair's heater stopped working and the temperature high that day was in the 30's. I called Kustom Climates and they were out the same day. Fast, friendly, reliable service at a great price. Will definitely call them again.
