I highly recommend Custom Klimates for any and all of your HVAC needs. They are professional experts who really know how to fix your problems instead of just trying to sell you a new Air Conditioner. They are the only ones who fixed my air conditioner that hasn’t cooled like it should in 4 years. Austin, Alex, Cedric, and the rest of the team are absolutely the best in the business. The beginning of May I got a new HVAC system and vent installed I could not have been happier with everything. Cedric and Matt answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Cedric, Matt and the rest of the crew were awesome during the installation process!! They were very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The process was very smooth and the pricing was reasonable. After installation, a tumbler with some yummy cookies were mailed to my home. How awesome is that? Thank you!

This is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We purchased three new HVAC units for our current house and one for a previous home. All I can say is Alex is amazing. He went out of his way to help me work out the maintenence plan etc. On time and very trustworthy. We had Cedric in the past and he was also another great guy! We will continue to use them for all our AC needs !!

Spoke with the receptionist at CK and they sent a service tech out to look at my unit. The tech was personable, professional and most important very knowledgeable. Diagnosed quickly and we were back up and running in no time.

Wow! This company is incredible. Cedric was the Service Tech, and he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was so passionate about his work, and I didn't feel like he was trying to push me into buying another unit just to make a sale. He was extremely informative, and he offered suggestions based on his past experiences. I have been so impressed by him the two times he has come out to service our unit. When it is time to replace the unit in the future, it will be Custom Klimates that gets the call. They are simply amazing.

My go to HVAC company. Called a different company initially to repair our older unit. Was simply just quoted a price for a new furnace and told the unit was not worth troubleshooting or repairing because of its age. Called Custom Klimates and they came out and identified/ repaired the issue that saved us thousands. Very happy we found Cedric and this trustworthy hvac company.

Our A/C went out Tuesday night and it was a whopping 80+ degrees in our home. I did a search and called Custom Klimates the next morning on my search to get it repaired. The woman who answered was very understanding and attentive. She sent someone out that afternoon (yesterday). Ashton was amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Replaced the part we needed, and now we have cold air! Very reasonably priced! My husband and I ended up buying the maintenance package. Custom Klimates will for sure get our business from now on.

Absolutely the "BEST" Hvac company I have ever dealt with. From the time you call the office and talk with Beth. Too when the technician arrives. It is just a Pleasure to deal with a business like this. Cedric came to our house today, he diagnosed the problem, he went above and beyond to take care and get us back to Cold air quickly. Custom Klimates did a fantastic job installing our Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. We had three Bryant Evolution Systems installed in our home. Jason, Drew, Kevin, and Raul were extremely professional, and efficient. They installed our basement system one day and then came back to install the two upstairs units on another day. From start to finish the whole process was easy. Jason came out initially to give us a quote and spent over 2 hours measuring, taking pictures, and inspecting our current system. He then thoroughly explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, what I could expect during and after installation, and what financing options were available. He really took his time to make sure that I was comfortable in my decision to go with them. Installation was quick and expertly done, and the site was cleaned up prior to them leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a system replacement or service.

Had a wiring issue installing a thermostat. Called Custom cooling and they were at my house in an hour to correct the issue. Great service at a reasonable price. I’m beyond amazed with the service I received.

We needed a mini-split ductless system put in to provide HVAC to some space that was not in the original ducting plan for our house. Jason and his team worked well with us, listened to our desires, came on time, and finished our project earlier than estimated. They were efficient, thoughtful in their work, and got done before the heat of the day really settled in at our house. We were very pleased with their work.

Recently, Custom Klimates installed two new air conditioning systems in our home. Both systems included the A/C condenser on the outside of our home as well as the air handler on the inside. Tim and his crew of technicians also installed additional ductwork that was required to adequately expand coverage of the system in the upstairs area of our home. The entire Custom Klimates staff was extremely professional with all aspects of the installation process and answered all our questions as the job progressed. In short, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied. I strongly recommend Custom Klimates to anyone needing air conditioning system work.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent service. They just replaced our whole upstairs unit including duct work and lines. We could not be happier with our new system. Looking at doing the downstairs now. Recommending to all our friends!

Called a few moments ago and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude. I proceeded to ask him about his marketing/social media department and he cut me off stating the company did not have one and regardless they were uninterested in my business. Never again. Go elsewhere!

My upstair's heater stopped working and the temperature high that day was in the 30's. I called Kustom Climates and they were out the same day. Fast, friendly, reliable service at a great price. Will definitely call them again.
