What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Comfortable using scheduling and dispatch software
- Confident communicator with customers and team members
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- EPA 608, NATE, or similar certifications are a plus
