I also appreciate his attitude and professionalism.My 21 year old HVAC system has been struggling for a few years. Recently though temps were above 85 degrees in our house. Jason and Luis came out on a service call. What I had hoped would be a simple freon charge turned out to be a complete system replacement...to my advantage. With my leak and the phasing out of the R22 refrigerant replacing was the way to go. Jason was great about explaining everything including my financing options. When install day came Luis and Jason were very professional and stuck around after install to make sure the new unit worked. Even repaired a faulty wire outside at the condensing unit and installed a new return inside my house. Will definitely recommend.

Wow! This company is incredible. Cedric was the Service Tech, and he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was so passionate about his work, and I didn't feel like he was trying to push me into buying another unit just to make a sale. He was extremely informative, and he offered suggestions based on his past experiences. I have been so impressed by him the two times he has come out to service our unit. When it is time to replace the unit in the future, it will be Custom Klimates that gets the call. They are simply amazing.

Our A/C went out Tuesday night and it was a whopping 80+ degrees in our home. I did a search and called Custom Klimates the next morning on my search to get it repaired. The woman who answered was very understanding and attentive. She sent someone out that afternoon (yesterday). Ashton was amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Replaced the part we needed, and now we have cold air! Very reasonably priced! My husband and I ended up buying the maintenance package. Custom Klimates will for sure get our business from now on.

Custom Klimates did a fantastic job installing our Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. We had three Bryant Evolution Systems installed in our home. Jason, Drew, Kevin, and Raul were extremely professional, and efficient. They installed our basement system one day and then came back to install the two upstairs units on another day. From start to finish the whole process was easy. Jason came out initially to give us a quote and spent over 2 hours measuring, taking pictures, and inspecting our current system. He then thoroughly explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, what I could expect during and after installation, and what financing options were available. He really took his time to make sure that I was comfortable in my decision to go with them. Installation was quick and expertly done, and the site was cleaned up prior to them leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a system replacement or service. 😀

Recently, Custom Klimates installed two new air conditioning systems in our home. Both systems included the A/C condenser on the outside of our home as well as the air handler on the inside. Tim and his crew of technicians also installed additional ductwork that was required to adequately expand coverage of the system in the upstairs area of our home. The entire Custom Klimates staff was extremely professional with all aspects of the installation process and answered all our questions as the job progressed. In short, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied. I strongly recommend Custom Klimates to anyone needing air conditioning system work.
