The AC has been off for a week. The technician, Cedric arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem with the AC. I am impressed with the efficiency and honesty he goes about his work. He gave me updates as to what was wrong with the heating system. I am so satisfied with the fix, and the cost of the repair was well below my expectation.Custom Klimates is highly recommended. You can't go wrong with them. Cedric, you are the best. You are awesome too.

Cedric came out on Friday. It was for an annual maintenance check on the furnace. Really nice guy. Didn't try to hard press the upset of services. For the annual maintenance plan cost, it is well worth it.

I recently had my Fall HVAC maintenance appointment and as usually Cedric did an excellent job. I am so very happy with the work and the conscientious focus Cedric and the rest of the Custom Klimates team has on doing an outstanding job and making sure that all is well with the units. I have a yearly maintenance contract with Custom Klimates so my spring and fall appointments are scheduled every 6 months. I left my previous HVAC service company when I moved to Canton. I have never looked back nor wished I still had the old company. Custom Klimates is the best I've ever had. Outstanding work and customer service.- - -Dave Sanek

Cedric the tech came out last week. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very short time. He really seems to know all about a/c units. I appreciate the fact that he was on time, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. If I need more service I will definitely be calling Custom Klimates. I had a fantastic experience with Custom Klimates. My air conditioner broke down during a heatwave. Their team was super responsive—answered my call right away and had a technician at my house the same day. The guy who came out,, was friendly, explained what was wrong, and fixed it fast without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The price was fair, and they even followed up a week later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. My house is cool again, and I’m a happy customer. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repair!

Cedric and Austin were amazing! For years we have had an odd problem with one of our heat units that several service providers before could not solve (and made it worse at times!) I found this team not only incredibly effective but enthusiastic and eager to find the most cost effective solution for us.It’s great to work with people who clearly enjoy their work and try hard to please. Custom Klimates did a fantastic job installing our Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. We had three Bryant Evolution Systems installed in our home. Jason, Drew, Kevin, and Raul were extremely professional, and efficient. They installed our basement system one day and then came back to install the two upstairs units on another day. From start to finish the whole process was easy. Jason came out initially to give us a quote and spent over 2 hours measuring, taking pictures, and inspecting our current system. He then thoroughly explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, what I could expect during and after installation, and what financing options were available. He really took his time to make sure that I was comfortable in my decision to go with them. Installation was quick and expertly done, and the site was cleaned up prior to them leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a system replacement or service. 😀

Recently, Custom Klimates installed two new air conditioning systems in our home. Both systems included the A/C condenser on the outside of our home as well as the air handler on the inside. Tim and his crew of technicians also installed additional ductwork that was required to adequately expand coverage of the system in the upstairs area of our home. The entire Custom Klimates staff was extremely professional with all aspects of the installation process and answered all our questions as the job progressed. In short, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied. I strongly recommend Custom Klimates to anyone needing air conditioning system work.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent service. They just replaced our whole upstairs unit including duct work and lines. We could not be happier with our new system. Looking at doing the downstairs now. Recommending to all our friends!

Called a few moments ago and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude. I proceeded to ask him about his marketing/social media department and he cut me off stating the company did not have one and regardless they were uninterested in my business. Never again. Go elsewhere!

My upstair's heater stopped working and the temperature high that day was in the 30's. I called Kustom Climates and they were out the same day. Fast, friendly, reliable service at a great price. Will definitely call them again.
