We have used Custom Klimates for several years and this install was for 2 systems. They were on time each day they were working at the home. Each person working on the systems were very professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a 4 day install. They made sure everything was completed correct the first time and did not rush it. We would use them again!!!

We needed a mini-split ductless system put in to provide HVAC to some space that was not in the original ducting plan for our house. Jason and his team worked well with us, listened to our desires, came on time, and finished our project earlier than estimated. They were efficient, thoughtful in their work, and got done before the heat of the day really settled in at our house. We were very pleased with their work.

Jason has great customer service and installed a mini split system in our basement. He was professional and reasonable. They waited for me to finish the basement with the drywall before they came back. It was a fairly smooth process. I would recommend them. Also the mini Split looks pretty good.

My 21 year old HVAC system has been struggling for a few years. Recently though temps were above 85 degrees in our house. Jason and Luis came out on a service call. What I had hoped would be a simple freon charge turned out to be a complete system replacement...to my advantage. With my leak and the phasing out of the R22 refrigerant replacing was the way to go. Jason was great about explaining everything including my financing options. When install day came Luis and Jason were very professional and stuck around after install to make sure the new unit worked. Even repaired a faulty wire outside at the condensing unit and installed a new return inside my house. Will definitely recommend.

Update: 06/18/2018Our AC condenser went out unexpectedly late on Saturday, Father’s Day Weekend. Tim, Jason & Brannon worked diligently to get AC back into our house. They provided us with portable units until they were able to get the required parts and had me up and running in no time. I can’t brag enough of what a phenomenal job this team has done for my family and having two toddlers and a newborn in the house they couldn’t have been quicker! They maintained constant communication and made sure it was done correctly! An amazing tidbit of information that was tremendous was that the Custom Klimates team registers the warranty on their installed products on the behalf of the home owner in getting the full benefits of the warranty of the installed system and in our case a full 10 year warranty on our Bryant system. May the LORD Jesus bless this amazing team!!!05/12/2018:Let me tell you, we had our entire HVAC system replaced in July of 2017 and I can’t say enough great things about the team at Custom Klimates. In an emergency they came through with incredible speed and workmanship. Tim, the owner carries incredible integrity and character. He and Jason, the General Manager, educated me on everything I could possibly know and more about my system. I highly recommend Tim and his staff to provide you with the highest of customer friendly service to exceed any of your expectations! As a Commercial Property Manager, I am always looking for a reliable person/company to help with HVAC needs at my shopping centers. Custom Klimates is always eager to help and they have a quick turnaround with anything I ask of them. Whether it is something as simple as an inspection of a unit or a full blown replacement, I know that it will be done right and on time and at a good price. I also always recommend their services to my tenants in case they need someone to help them with the HVAC maintenance. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Recently, Custom Klimates installed two new air conditioning systems in our home. Both systems included the A/C condenser on the outside of our home as well as the air handler on the inside. Tim and his crew of technicians also installed additional ductwork that was required to adequately expand coverage of the system in the upstairs area of our home. The entire Custom Klimates staff was extremely professional with all aspects of the installation process and answered all our questions as the job progressed. In short, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied. I strongly recommend Custom Klimates to anyone needing air conditioning system work.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent service. They just replaced our whole upstairs unit including duct work and lines. We could not be happier with our new system. Looking at doing the downstairs now. Recommending to all our friends!

Called a few moments ago and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude. I proceeded to ask him about his marketing/social media department and he cut me off stating the company did not have one and regardless they were uninterested in my business. Never again. Go elsewhere!
